About georgia
Meet your yoga instructor, Georgia Johnson, RYT-200. She has been practicing yoga since 2003 and has trained with Revolution Community Yoga and Asheville Yoga Center. Embracing a slow-paced style, Georgia believes in the healing power of yoga for everyone. Her welcoming classes will guide you in nourishing your body through mindfulness and gentle postures, at your own pace. In Georgia's classes you will reset, rejuvenate and step calmly back into the flow of life. She lives in Worcester with her daughter and two pets. They love to travel, cook, volunteer, explore and meet new people.

what to expect
Join us for a calming yoga class. Flow with mindful movement to nourish the body, mind and soul in slow-paced postures, ending with a light meditation. Visual guidance will be offered through each movement. Reconnect with yourself in a space of serenity and self-care. All levels, bodies, genders and abilities are warmly welcomed.
Additional Considerations
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to arrive and settle. Kindly silence electronics. Bring your own yoga mat and anything for comfort - blocks, blankets, bolsters, a friend.
