I’m Georgia, a 200-hour certified yoga and
meditation instructor. I found yoga 21 years
ago to help with stress and anxiety. Now, I
help guide others in the healing power of
yoga and breath work. Whether you're a
seasoned yogi or just starting, I will help you
reset, rejuvenate, and find balance in both
body and mind.


Outside of the studio, I enjoy life in
Worcester, MA, with my daughter and our
two beloved pets. We enjoy traveling,
cooking, and meeting new people.

What We Offer

Georgia Johnson is an experienced yoga and
meditation instructor. Practicing since 2003, she
has received training and certifications from
Revolution Community Yoga, Asheville Yoga
Center, and NYC Integral Yoga Institute.


Georgia’s classes focus on mindfulness, breath,
and intuitive movement, helping students reset,
rejuvenate, and move at their own pace. She
teaches vinyasa, slow flow, gentle, yin, restorative,
prenatal, and yoga for kids and seniors.
